REFUND POLICY
* Refunds will only be
given in the event of being sent the wrong item or defected goods or
otherwise arranged and agreed with me. 10% of the goods sold price will be
charged as restock fee.
* Any faulty products have to be reported
by email within 3 days after being received.
* No refunds will be
made for size issues, it is your responsibility to check prior to
purchasing.
* Returned products must be in the original condition
along with all accessories & packaging.
* Shipping fee is
non-refundable in any case.
* Buyer is responsible for all shipping
costs related from buyer's end.
* No refund for $1 reserve
auctions and negative feedback will be placed in the event of not
completing trade.
* No refund for mis-deliveries or lost items,
refund will be issued by the courier company involved. Therefore I
strongly recommend the use of Courier over
NZPost(Standard, Fast, or Parcel Post).
* This refund policy
ONLY applies to auctions that states 'Please
read my refund policy in my profile'.
AUCTION CONDITIONS
* Contact must be made
within 3 days of auction closing date.
* Payment must be made
within 5 days of auction closing date, unless prior arrangement made.
* Layby is available on certain items, 10% non-refundable deposit is
required, the remaining 90% to be paid off within 4 weeks, unless prior
arrangement made.
* Auction number must be used
as reference when depositing money, deposits with no reference will result
in delay of item dispatchment.
* Item(s) will be dispatched within
24hours after payment has been cleared.
* 'As is' auctions
are auctions where i will not guarantee that the item being sold is in
working order, this may be due to the lack of means to check whether the
item is working or not, or simply because i am too busy to find out.
* Negative feedback will be placed in the event of not completing trade.
To have a negative feedback reversed, you must complete trade if item(s)
is still available for sale.
* Most items(Art, Collectibles,
Antiques, Furnitures) are one-off pieces, therefore no guarantees will be
made to buyers, who do not contact or pay within the period specified
above in the Auction Conditions, that the item will still be available for
sale.
* All my deliveries are made by Fastway Couriers, but i could
use other shipping methods or companies if preferred. If buyer chooses to
opt for a different shipping method/company, i take no responsibility for
lost or mis-deliveries.
