If for any reason you need to send your item back to me, I will replace
the item promptly. If the fault of the product is mine, I will also refund
you the cost to send back to me by NZ Post. Please do not courier items
back to me as I will not cover courier cost.
If the fault has
been caused by the buyers misuse or damage has occured from buyers misuse,
I may be able to replace the item at a discounted rate, but this is by
negotiation only.
Where packaging allows, I test every item
before it is sent to you. If it's meant to make a noise, it will, if
it's meant to light up, bet your bottom dollar it will.
