If the winner of an auction doesn't contact you or wants to back out of the purchase, there are several options that you can take.
- Request a success fee refund. You must make the request within 28 days of the auction closing.
- Place feedback about the buyer.
- Make a fixed-price offer to the other bidders.
- Relist the item.
These options are linked on the listing page of the item once the auction has closed. Look under the
sold tab, accessible through the sold listings link
in My account panel,
click the more options button and expand the collapsed section.
