Property for sale and property for rent can be advertised through FoxyHub.
Just visit the
sell tab and select the type of property that you want to put online. Residential and commercial options are all available.
Basic charges are summarised on the sell tab. Property listings are charged at a flat rate until they are sold (the optional listing enhancements attract extra fees) and no success fee is charged.
There are two types of listings available:
- a classified advertisement (list your property until it sells. You choose who potential buyers should contact -- you or your real estate agent), and
- an auction listing. (You negotiate with the winning bidder and a written contract is required to secure the deal.)
If you have a residential property, you may find the open homes listing service is a good way to attract buyers (plus, there's an optional featured open home service).
