When an item you listed doesn't sell (or if the winning bidder backs out) you can make a fixed-price offer to members who placed bids or put the listing on their watchlist.
To make the offer available, click on the offer at a fixed price button on the item's page. You can enter the price and the length of time the offer will stand (up to seven days).
