When a sale is complete and you have received the goods, you can provide feedback on the seller and the products. Sellers can also provide feedback on buyers. The idea is that over time users with good ratings will be able to attract customers on the basis of their past good dealings, and newer users will have a form of feedback from existing users that will allow them to trade with greater confidence.
There are two parts to the feedback:
- a rating, and
- a text summary.
The rating can be positive, neutral or negative. Positive ratings are best, so pick that one unless there is something specific that went wrong with the transaction. You must also include a brief text summary. Something simple like, "great deal", "thanks very much" or "AAA+++ :-)" will work.
