How to add credit to your account

You can currently add credit to your account in two ways.

1. FoxyHub offers fixed-value account credits on promotional cards. Simply type the recharge code printed on the card into the box provided.
2. Credit Cards, Mastercard and Visa are currently accepted, with a minimum payment of $10.
3. PayPal top-ups are supported, too, with a minimum payment of $10.

Your account allows you to pay for additional features that you want to add to your listings or for using specialist listings categories. Success fees are charged to your account. The transactions page lists your debits and credits and has links to invoices.

Minimum balance
A minimum account balance of zero is required for the use of FoxyHub's services. If you sell an item and have an outstanding success fee, you will need to settle your account before you can continue trading. Until you pay off your negative balance, access to some features of FoxyHub will be suspended. You won't be able to start new bids, ask questions in auctions or post to the forums, for example.
